Annual Audit and Accounting Conference hosted in Luxembourg
More than 100 university students with their tutors and academics will gather in Luxembourg to discuss accounting and audit issues, solve case studies and listen to presentations and discussions of scientific research in the fields of accounting, corporate governance and audit. From 9th to 19th of September 2012 an Intensive Programme (IP) in Audit and Accounting will be organised by the Association de Formations Européennes à la Compatibilité et à l’Audit (AFECA) and hosted by the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance and the Centre of Research in Economic Analysis at the University of Luxembourg. The Intensive Programme of the Association de Formations Européennes à la Compatibilité et à l’Audit is a major event that takes place at a different member University during autumn each year. This programme provides a diverse multi-cultural learning environment for students to gain knowledge in accounting and audit. It is a great way for students to get connected with students and academics from other Universities around the world and to find out what fellow students are doing during their studies of accounting and audit. Every year over 100 students, their tutors and academics attend this event. The AFECA IP 2012 is chaired by Associate Professor Dr Anke Müßig, Academic Director of the Accounting and Audit Master Programme at the University of Luxembourg.
