Optimization under uncertainty: (distributionally) robust optimization, stochastic and dynamic programming, online learning; game theory and mechanism design: auction design, pricing, contract design

Çağıl Koçyiğit is an assistant professor at the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Her research focuses on optimization under uncertainty with applications in economics and mechanism design. She has published her research in journals such as Management Science and Informs Journal on Applied Analytics. Prior to joining the University of Luxembourg, she received a Ph.D. in Management of Technology from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in 2020 and has been awarded the Kilian Schindler Excellence Award for her thesis. She holds a B.Sc. degree and an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
