TAO Transfer: Development of a generic CBA platform

The major objective of the TAO-Transfer project is the re-engineering of the existing prototype called TAO. This reengineering intends to create a quality software product ready for wide distribution and adoption by the TBA (Technology-Based-Assessment) community including researchers and practitioners.
