Eve Lejot is an Assistant Professor in Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching at the University of Luxembourg, working at the Institute for Research on Romance Studies. She is a linguist by training, but she is involved in transdisciplinary research on second language acquisition, foreign language learning, digital learning, sociolinguistics and multilinguism. Within this transdisciplinary framework, she investigates questions related to work and education.

Mentoring
The Language Centre offers a peer tutoring programme for Bachelor and Master students. Peer tutors offer free one-to-one consultations on language learning and writing for Bachelor and Master students in English, French and German. Fellow students propose guidance for written assignments with regard to structure, argumentation, referencing and style (not a full proofreading service) as peer tutors in language learning and writing.
