Angelica Fernandez joined the Doctoral Training Unit on Enforcement in Multi-Level Regulatory Systems (DTU REMS II) under the supervision of Professor Mark Cole on May 2019. She holds an LL.M in Space, Communication and Media Law from the University of Luxembourg where she was awarded the Barreau of Luxembourg prize as the best student of the Masters in Law in 2018. Prior to her arrival in Luxembourg, she had worked over six years in the public sector in Canada holding different positions in the area. She also holds a Master degree in International Relations from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master degree in Social Public Policy from SciencesPo Bordeaux. Her PhD is on the topic of regulatory and governance models for online platforms in the context of artificial intelligence.
