She holds a PhD in educational sciences from the University of Koblenz-Landau, Germany and focuses on the role of play in children’s cognitive and motivational development. Prior to joining the University of Luxembourg, she held a Post-Doc position at the Institute of Child and Youth Education at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Germany.

Projects

  • Parent and child interactions during play (PACIP): The central focus of the PACIP project is the investigation of 4- to 6-year-old children’s and their parents’ spatial play. It examines how interactions between parents and children affect children’s cognitive and motivational development in a guided or free play setting.
