Jacek Plucinski has gained a solid experience as manager of successful start-up and spin-off companies, and achieved proven track record of transferred ICT projects from research institutions and universities in Poland. Jacek joined the TTO, headed by Dr. Marc Lemmer and he will be working closely with the researchers and the TTO team -amongst other- on technology transfer, IP management process, marketing activities .
