From 2009 to 2014, Mathis studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich). During that time, he received his bachelor and master degrees. After accomplishing an internship at Telindus Luxembourg, Mathis joined the University of Luxembourg, more precisely SnT and Secan Lab as a PhD student in September 2015. Having recently started his PhD studies, Mathis focuses on Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) in collaboration with Telindus Luxembourg.
