The ATOZ Foundation, under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg, is delighted to announce that it will award a scholarship of € 9,000 to support one second-year student enrolled in the LL.M. in European and International Tax Law offered by the University of Luxembourg during its 2021/2022 academic year.

The scholarship is intended to allow promising students of lesser financial means the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in international taxation in Luxembourg. To apply, candidates must include in their application to the LL.M. in European and International Tax Law a cover letter expressing their interest in obtaining the scholarship, detailing their motivation for pursuing a career in taxation and their financial situation.

Applications for the scholarship can be sent directly to the administrator of the LL.M. programme (laurence.jouvenaux@uni.lu) by 15 July 2021.

The selection committee for the ATOZ Foundation Scholarship will be composed of Prof. Dr. Werner Haslehner (University of Luxembourg) and the members of the Management Board of the ATOZ Foundation. The selection committee will consider each applicant’s grades and cover letter, as well as the overall impression of the applicants, including financial need.

The ATOZ Foundation is set up under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg and supports educational projects, as it believes that education is the key to personal accomplishment, and that research and development are essential for personal and societal progress. The Foundation is equally eager to support projects promoting social cohesion.
