Step 1: Choose your specialisation

The Bachelor en Cultures Européennes has five specialisations. Make sure you check our programme-specific requirements and procedures before you start the application process (see below).

Step 2: Start your application in the online system (Phase 1)

Once you have chosen your specialisation, you will have to start your application on the online system. You will find the link to the application pages in the "Apply" section of each specialisation (see below).

Step 3: Make a note of your "Student ID Number"

Once you have initiated your online application, the system will issue you a list of required documents and next steps. Make sure you follow these instructions carefully. Please include your full name and Student ID Number in all your communications with the University.

Step 4: Submit your documents and finalise your application (Phase 2)

Once you have completed Phase 1 of your application, you can get started on Phase 2: submitting the required documents. Please follow the instructions you obtained when you initiated the application process in the online system. 

Step 5: Completing your application (when you are still waiting for documents)

You may still be waiting for your diplomas or other documents. Please do NOT wait until you have all the documents to start your application, but start immediately. Pending documents and qualifications can be submitted at a later date. This also applies if you are in your last year at secondary school. In this case, if your application is successful, we will make you a conditional offer (admission sous condition). Please note that you may be invited to an interview. 

Important information for Non-EU Applicants. To ensure they meet the deadlines and requirements linked to immigration procedures, Non-EU applicants must submit all required documents by the required deadlines.
