Master in High Performance Computing

The Master in High Performance Computing (HPC) at the University of Luxembourg is a 2-year innovative Master's programme that trains the next generation of HPC experts in Luxembourg and Europe. Students will acquire a solid education in mathematical modelling and algorithms, software engineering, parallel programming and parallel architecture. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, a relevant scientific or technical field, or mathematics
• Knowledge of programming or more than 2 university courses in computer science from data structures, algorithms, programming or theoretical or technical computer science
• Comprehensive training in technical mathematics:  algebra, linear algebra and probability and statistics, functional analysis, numerical analysis, optimisation, engineering simulation and scientific computing
• Language: level B2 in English
