Description:

We are glad to announce the first live online Campus Art classes!

Upcycling any type of old item that we think can no longer be of use is a wonderful way to add a new meaning to it. The workshop will introduce the concept of upcycling with a mix of hands-on session.

 

  • Mindfulness

Description:

Come join for a weekly mindfulness practice! During these sessions, we will explore the practice of being present to our bodies and minds, with kindness and curiosity. We will come together in sitting, gentle moving, and walking, each of us safely from our homes, yet all together as a community. I wish to offer this to be a way of supporting ourselves and each other through such an unusual time. The sessions are open to anybody, no need to have practiced before. Have something comfortable to sit on, and perhaps to lie down on for some gentle movement. Some adaptations might be offered if your space is limited.

Come as you are, wherever you are!
