Formation managériale pour le secteur hospitalier et de la santé

The training cycle includes +/- 300 hours (i.e. 40 days) of face-to-face training starting in January 2021 (Fridays in most cases from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm). It also includes +/- 300 hours of personal work (distance learning modules and project writing).

The programme of the Certificate in Health Management consists of the following 6 modules:

• Module 1: Knowing the health environment in Luxembourg (3 ECTS) - 6 courses
• Module 2: Understanding strategy and managing quality in health (5 ECTS) - 6 courses
• Module 3: Integrating management principles (6 ECTS) - 7 courses
• Module 4: Managing Human Resources (7 ECTS) - 6 courses
• Module 5: Understanding and managing finances (2 ECTS) - 5 courses
• Module 6: Writing and defending a professional project (7 ECTS)
