Zusätzlich zu den Kursen in den Kernfächern bietet das Masterprogramm Veranstaltungen in Didaktik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Bildungssoziologie und Bildungspsychologie an, sodass die Studierenden die benötigen Fähigkeiten erwerben, um den Herausforderungen des Lehrens und Lernens in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Schulsystem entsprechend begegnen zu können. Dabei berücksichtigt das Programm die spezifischen Lernbedingungen in Luxemburg. In diesem Zusammenhang werden die Studierenden unter Einsatz von pädagogischen Hilfsmitteln dazu befähigt, mit Mehrsprachigkeit und Multikulturalität im Klassenzimmer angemessen umzugehen.
